I have several buyers we can't find the property they want. If we find them, they already have several contract. In cash.

Re: Florida Markets Dominate REALTOR.com Top Ten Turnaround Report

Really great news! Live-in Buyers are given X-day(s) opportunity for offers before open to all Buyers! Lender assisted Buyers fail to believe us until they have a couple such loss-experiences under their belt! . . then their fever hastens, heightening their offers, only to then possibly NOT appraise! Average residential September sales went from [September] $126K in 2010 to $146K in 2011 .... compared with [September] $157K in 2008 to $133K in 2009. Traditional listings have had better than 75% of market listed share for more than a year! with Short Sales coming in second!

Re: Florida Markets Dominate REALTOR.com Top Ten Turnaround Report

What do we know about the commercial trend in relation to residential??

Re: Florida Markets Dominate REALTOR.com Top Ten Turnaround Report

Amen to that. Florida has had that problem for over 11 years, not just in the past couple of years. This isn't anything new for Florida. Biggest mistake of my life moving to this state. Sad employers here in this state. My husband and I couldn't figure our why people had such bad attitudes at their jobs until we were here for about a year and now we understand. I have witnessed some unbelievable employers here with regard to no business sense and treating employee's very disrespectful.

Re: Florida Markets Dominate REALTOR.com Top Ten Turnaround Report

The Florida Keys are also seeing a turn around! Our inventory is decreasing as well as the foreclosures and short sales. We are seeing an increase in what properties are selling for compared to last year!

Re: Florida Markets Dominate REALTOR.com Top Ten Turnaround Report

So glad to see positive reported news as have definately been experience a stronger market in the Sarasota/Bradenton market area!

Re: Florida Markets Dominate REALTOR.com Top Ten Turnaround Report

what about Pensacola?

Re: Florida Markets Dominate REALTOR.com Top Ten Turnaround Report

As a Realtor in the Sarasota -Bradenton area, one can see the difference. Stabilized prices for several months as inventory levels remain low. New construction in Lakewood Ranch in all price ranges getting stronger.

Re: Florida Markets Dominate REALTOR.com Top Ten Turnaround Report

Thanks for the comment.
